Payments and Refunds

This document describes payment and subscription rules for Nagovori.

1. Plans

• Free starter: 30 minutes free after registration.
• Subscription: a bundle of transcriptions per period (e.g., monthly).
• One-off purchases: buying additional transcriptions as needed.

2. Payments

• Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Card details are not stored on our servers.
• Currency and pricing are shown in the UI and/or on the checkout page.
• After a successful payment, the corresponding transcription quota is granted to your account (subscription or one-off).

3. Subscription

• A subscription grants a transcription quota for a billing period. Renewal, charging, and cancellation terms are shown during checkout and/or in the service UI.
• Unused quota may not roll over to the next period unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. One-off Purchases

• A one-off purchase increases the available transcription quota in your account and is used when creating new transcriptions.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, granted quota is not money and is only usable within the service.

5. Fiscal Receipts (RU)

Where applicable, electronic receipts may be issued in accordance with Russian law (54-FZ) via fiscalization providers/online cash registers. Details are provided during checkout.

6. Service Disclaimer and Limitation of Warranty

Nagovori uses automated speech recognition technology powered by neural networks (artificial intelligence). Transcription results are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions.

• The operator does not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or error-free transcription results.
• The quality of results depends on various factors: source audio quality, background noise, accent, speech clarity, and other recording conditions.
• By using the service, the User assumes all risks associated with potential inaccuracies in transcription results.
• The User is solely responsible for reviewing and editing the results before using them for critical purposes.

7. Refund Policy

By accepting these terms, the User acknowledges and agrees to the following refund conditions:

• Payments made for subscriptions or one-off transcription packages are non-refundable.
• No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction with transcription quality, as the accuracy of automated speech recognition is not guaranteed (see Section 6).
• Unused transcription minutes (credits) cannot be exchanged for monetary refunds.
• Exceptions may apply only in cases expressly provided by applicable consumer protection laws of the Russian Federation.

By making a payment, the User confirms that they have read these terms, understand the nature of the service provided, and accept all associated risks.
