These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Nagovori. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

• The service enables uploading audio and obtaining transcription results (text), including related UI features (queue, history).
• Automated speech recognition models and contracted providers may be used to process requests.

2. Account and Access

• You are responsible for your account security and activities.
• We may restrict access for violations or when usage limits are exceeded.

3. Acceptable Use

• Illegal content, malware, hacking attempts are prohibited.
• Abuse and circumvention of limits are prohibited.
• You must have the necessary rights and/or consents to upload and process audio and must not infringe third-party rights.

4. Content

• You retain rights to your content. You grant us the right to process it solely to provide the service (transcription and delivery of results).
• You are responsible for the legality of content and having necessary rights/consents to process it.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee error-free transcription and are not liable for indirect damages unless required by law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, subject to mandatory rules that may apply.
